Transform Architects were commissioned to undertake internal alteration works to Chapelthorpe Medical Surgery in Wakefield. Post the initial internal alteration work we have been commissioned to undertake the feasibility study of extending the existing surgery in the form of a first floor 1,950 sq ft extension creating seven new consulting rooms and relocating some staff facilities from the ground to first floor.
