This three storey side extension was designed to accommodate a home office and garden store on the lower ground floor (rear garden elevation), a new relocated kitchen on the ground floor (roadside elevation), and a new master bedroom and ensuite on the first floor (roadside elevation). The key to the design was to match in as best possible to the existing building as the existing building is a semi detached property.
