Transform Architects were commissioned to undertake the extensive extension and alteration works to Eric Moore Partnership Medical Surgery in Warrington. The brief is to update the dated external appearance of the practice and add a full first floor roofspace extension with internal alterations to allow the surgery to bring the patient standards up to to date with current guidelines along with a new entrance / reception area.
