Higherfolds - MIXED USE NEW BUILD DEVELOPMENT- Image 2 of 4 - CONCEPT
Transform Architects were commissioned to undertake the ongoing concept design for a mixed use development in Higherfolds near Wigan. The scheme comprises light retail, primary community services, a GP surgery and a multipurpose sports hall with an outdoor all weather pitch. The images have been used to bring together the stakeholders who are all helping to move the scheme forward we are aiming to be in a position to submit a planning application by mid 2011.
