This two storey extension was designed to accommodate visiting relatives and a growing family home, the challange was to demolish the existing detatched double garage and build an extension which internally and externally appears like an original new build. Added to this the site is partly within greenbelt which created an awkward splay onto the rear side elevation of the extension.
