Transform Architects were commissioned to undertake internal fit out works for the second in the chain of restaurants for the Bradford based "Mumtaz" brand. The fit out is in existing shell in Clarence Dock, Leeds and is circa 10,000 sq ft inclusive of 250 covers, food emporium, commercial kitchen and a mezzanine with staff facilities. The external changes include lighting and signage to all elevations at ground level.
