This single storey side extension was designed to give an additional function / games room to this existing four bedroom detached dwelling. The extension sits back from the front elevation so that the existing bin store can still be accommodated adjacent the driveway. We added interest and vertical volume to the extension by exposing the ceiling forms in both the lean to and the pitched roof elements of the extension.
