Team 17 - EXTENSIONS AND ALTERATIONS - Image 1 of 4 - ON SITE
An internal fit out of an existing internal storage area within this 24,130 sq ft office / warehouse unit. The brief was to create a mezzanine and add office space to the ground and first floor. We also created a new toilet block for male / female and the disabled workers along with the total refurbishment of the existing canteen facilities. The alterations will create 3200 sq ft of additional new office space.
