We were commissioned to undertake external alterations and internal fit out of Unit One of this four unit development of multipurpose workshop / distribution starter units in Sheffield. We have designed this unit to accommodate a new feature reception area, workshop with secure storage and offices with a canteen on the new mezzanine, making the unit 2,800 sq ft in total (nett).
